ChatGPT can write code for you, but only if you dramatically simplify the problem for it...so not really software engineering (I'm looking at you, Devon marketing department).

How do we design our code to make it easy for our AI coding partners?

In this week's video, I show how I'm breaking down the problem of coding Minecraft bots into a structure that makes it more straightforward to extend. Then I give ChatGPT, Claude 3, and Gemini the challenge of writing code for a new bot skill. With the simplified structure, even Gemini is able to write working code.
